A person who is governed more by intellectual decisions than by emotional decisions is Ned, from Ned's declassified school survival guide. He is classified by making certain descions base off of two imaginary people on his shoulders. One of them decide if he should do the negative wrong doings. The other decides for the right things to do. Sometimes the two descion makers argue so then Ned, picks whats best for him to do.

The show is about school problems and situations that are in every school day lifes. Ned, cookie, and moze , help eachother through every problems but, also help others that are in need of them. Cookie is the smart, nerdy type in the show that ets his descions made by Ned whenever he needs help with a difficult situation. Moze is the tall athletic person in the group. Moze is the person that goes through sport problems and descions, but go to Ned for advise .

With neds main points to the audience over the lessons, are always summed up at  the end of the show that teaches the audience the main points  from Ned's main problems. Neds descesions are the main used and noticeable to everyone that everyone in the show goes to for his intellectual decisions.
